Olena is a lawyer by profession, has more than 10 years of teaching experience in higher education and 9 years of civil service in the field of preventing and detecting corruption. While working at the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption, Olena was involved in the formation and implementation of state policy in the field of whistleblower protection, anti-corruption compliance audits in state and local government bodies, development and implementation of trainings and courses on the protection of whistleblower rights and the formation of a culture of whistleblowing for anti-corruption commissioners, lawyers, judges, and police officers.
