History of creation
The Foundation launched its activities in May 2022 and brought together experts, scholars, and practitioners in the field of anti-corruption and integrity to support Ukrainian institutions and prepare them for reconstruction.
The main focus of the

Development of anti-corruption compliance
Development of local self-government through the implementation of comprehensive anti-corruption tools, measures and practices
Systematic implementation of a culture of whistleblowing in state authorities, local governments, state-owned enterprises and businesses

Strategic goals of the organization:
Goal 1
The Institutional Development Foundation is a leading organization that systematically (on a turnkey basis) strengthens the anti-corruption capacity (integrity) of organizations
Goal 2
Local councils, in cooperation with the Foundation, are implementing tools to build a virtuous environment
Goal 3
The Foundation is the main partner of the NACP in forming a culture of whistleblowing and protecting whistleblowers
Goal 4
The Foundation promotes the development of the transport hub and implements professional development projects
