🏛️👤 An integrity leader in local self-government is a key factor in creating a sustainable, transparent and successful community.
We managed to gather such leaders at the training "Tone At The Top: anti-corruption management and development of a virtuous environment of the body", which was held on December 12 in Lviv.
During the training, the participants learned about:
🔹the concept of "Tone At The Top" and features of management decision-making in the conditions of ethical dilemmas from the expert of the Foundation Kateryna Datsko;
🔹building a virtuous environment of the body and specific algorithms of actions on how to ensure effective anti-corruption work in the body from the representative of the NACP Iryna Chahovets;
🔹typical corruption risks from NABU representative Artur Cherenkov;
In general, the training played an important role in raising the level of awareness of the participants on anti-corruption management and building a community of integrity communities.
The training was held within the framework of the project «Transparent community recovery through risk management and compliance development», which is implemented with the support by the EU Anti-Corruption Initiative (EUACI) — the leading anti-corruption support program in Ukraine funded by the EU, co-funded, and implemented by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark.
