🏛️ We are becoming part of important events in the field of development of the institute of compliance officer.Experts of the Institutional Development Foundation took part in the presentation of the results of the analysis of anti-corruption work and the professional level of compliance officer regional divisions of the State Agency for Reconstruction and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine - reconstruction services.
🗝️ The key goal of the event is to set up an effective corruption prevention system on the ground thanks to the compliance officer and their managers.
In general, the obtained results made it possible to determine those areas of professional development that need to be strengthened, and to develop a program of measures to improve the professional competencies of the compliance officer.
During the event, emphasis was also placed on:
🔹necessities of counterparty analysis and aspects of this work;
🔹the importance of building effective work by an compliance officer;
🔹reporting: Why do it, how to work with a hotline, protect whistleblowers and change the culture and attitude towards them;
🔹conducting official investigations: how to do it right;
🔹the need for effective communication of the compliance officer with the manager, staff and stakeholders is undeniable.
