The civil service needs new solutions that will help not only quickly adapt to new employees, but also effectively prevent corruption during the country's recovery.
It is for this purpose that two new educational tools have appeared on the Diia.Education, the creation of which was also helped by our experts:
๐ Online course: โIntegrity and Ethics: a course for the Ministry of Development team,โ designed for new Ministry staff to quickly integrate into their work and follow key ethical principles.

๐ Online simulator named โAnti-corruption officers in the field of recovery: introduction to the profession,โ which allows anti-corruption officers to practise real-life scenarios and effectively prevent corruption.

Both resources are now available on Diia.Education, Ukrainian Edutainment Platform for Reskilling and Digital Literacy. They help strengthen a culture of integrity, increase transparency, and build trust in recovery processes.
The educational series and simulator were created by the Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine with the support of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Ukraine and the Government of Japan for the Diia.Education platform.
