An annual report is an integral part of an organization’s transparent work. Each year, we share information about what we have accomplished, the results we have achieved, and the work we have carried out throughout the year.
In 2025, we launched new initiatives, expanded educational programs, developed practical tools, and strengthened cooperation with government institutions, communities, businesses, and international partners.
Results in numbers
During the reporting period, the FID implemented 10 projects, while 1 project remains ongoing. More than 50 partner organizations, communities, businesses, and international institutions were involved in our work.
Professional development remained an important part of our activities. We conducted 15+ training sessions and webinars, organized 15 conferences, forums, and public events, and supported 300 people in retraining in the transport and logistics sectors.
Another significant area of our work was the development of practical knowledge and tools. During the reporting period, the team prepared 14 analytical reports, guides, and methodological materials and developed 2 online courses.
The FID’s work was presented not only in Ukraine. Our team participated in 7 international forums and conferences, where we shared Ukrainian experience in the areas of anti-corruption, integrity, transport, and recovery.
Anti-corruption, integrity, and support for communities
A significant part of our work in 2025 focused on strengthening the anti-corruption capacity of public institutions and local self-government bodies.
The FID worked with communities to introduce anti-corruption tools, develop a culture of integrity, and establish safe whistleblowing mechanisms. As part of one of the projects, we conducted a large-scale study based on a survey of 5,000 local government employees.
The team also developed practical tools for anti-corruption officers, local self-government bodies, and other representatives of the public sector.
Professional development and transport
In 2025, the FID continued to develop its professional transformation activities.
Through our projects, women and veterans were provided the opportunity to gain new qualifications in the transport and logistics sectors free of charge. This included training for truck and bus drivers, forklift operators, logistics specialists, and professionals in foreign economic activity.
At the same time, the team worked on systemic changes, developing occupational standards, modernizing vocational education, and creating conditions for greater participation of women in the transport sector.
Analytics, communications, and international cooperation
The FID continued to strengthen its expertise and share the results of its work. During the reporting period, the organization received 1,000+ media mentions, launched 2 podcasts, and the FID’s social media accounts reached 2,389 followers, with a total annual reach of 70,610.
In 2025, the team also represented Ukrainian expertise at international platforms, including forums and conferences in Istanbul, Paris, Rome, Washington, and Brussels.
